Practices for the Week of July 25:

Monday, Cowan Park, 5:00 PM
Wednesday, Green Lake (Lower Woodland) Track, 5:00 PM
Friday, Green Lake (Lower Woodland) Track, 5:00 PM

This will be the coaches last week of practice with the team per WIAA rules. Captains will run the practices until August 22.

The first official practice of the 2011 season is August 22. Before you can attend the official practices you must have all your paperwork turned in, fees paid and physicals completed. So get on it!
All forms are available from the RHS Athletics website (http://www.rhsseattle.org/athletics.php) or in the main office at school.

To be able to compete in a meet you must have a minimum of 10 practices so it is imperative that you are ready to go on August 22.

Practices for the Week of July 18:

Monday- meet at Roosevelt High School track, 5:00 PM
Wednesday- meet at Green Lake track, 5:00 PM
Friday- meet at the Green Lake (Bathhouse Theater), 5:00 PM

Practice for the week of July 11:

Monday -Meet at Green Lake Track, 5:00 PM
Wednesday- Meet at Lower Woodland Parking Lot, 5:00 PM
Friday- Meet at Green Lake Theater at 5:00 PM

 

Incoming Freshman and others interested...

Please join us for summer workouts. Right now the team is meeting 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at 5 PM. Anyone interested please come and check it out. You do not have to be in top shape, just be ready to work hard and have fun.

We will be posting the weekly meeting places here, on the Facebook group and via email.
